Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to accurately display our apparel, accessories, and related products. However, we do not guarantee that colors, fabrics, or textures displayed on your device will match the actual product due to differences in monitors or lighting.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities to any person, household, or region.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason. Please verify that your cart, sizing, and shipping information are correct before checkout.
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide complete and valid billing information
- Authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the full order total (including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes)
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICING, TAXES, & BILLING
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without notice.
Sales tax is charged only where required by law — currently, Florida and any other states in which More Than Average Apparel establishes a legal nexus. Out-of-state orders that do not meet nexus thresholds are not taxed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on customer location, except where free shipping promotions apply (see Section 5).
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees associated with your order.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently offer free standard shipping on all Florida orders as part of our local support program.
All other U.S. orders are subject to standard shipping rates, automatically calculated at checkout.
Estimated processing time is 2–4 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or events beyond our control. Once orders are transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any reason.
Please confirm your sizes, colors, and quantities before checkout — once an order is placed, it is locked in.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
Upon review, we may issue store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this final sale and store-credit-only policy.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, designs, logos, slogans, graphics, and materials displayed on the Services are the exclusive property of More Than Average Apparel LLC or its licensors.
No license or right is granted to you by implication or otherwise under any trademark, copyright, or proprietary right of the Company. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS
Our site may include links to third-party websites or services (including Shopify and shipping providers). We are not responsible for any third-party content or policies.
Your use of third-party tools or services is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability arising from such use.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
More Than Average Apparel is powered by Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform.
All transactions are made directly with More Than Average Apparel. Shopify is not responsible for product quality, shipping, fulfillment, or any disputes between you and us.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information by both More Than Average Apparel and Shopify for order fulfillment and site performance purposes.
SECTION 11 – CUSTOMER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
You must not upload or transmit any viruses, malicious code, or abusive content, or interfere with the operation or security of our site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, durability, or performance of any product purchased through our store.
