If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue

 

Upon review, we may issue store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

Refunds to the original payment method are not available under any circumstances.
